On Friday Night we won’t be joining the Notting Hill Carnival, but the Friday Night CarNoVal going to North-East to Highbury and Islington.
You’re welcome to road test your Costume for Monday, though!
The skate is downhill all the way (from half time), with some quite sharpish downhills – don’t even think about it if you can’t control your speed on a slope! It should be a lively start to the Bank Holiday weekend, and will prepare you perfectly for the Notting Hill Carnival Skate (see serpentineroad.com for details).
