LFNS: Something Squamous and Rugose
8pm, Friday 17th April 2009
Starting at: Wellington Arch
Half time at: St John's Wood
Length: 19k miles.
Lead marshal: Markus
Status: Rained Off
Easter is over, and it’s just not Bunny anymore. It rather is, er, squamous an rugose. So we’re heading out on a route which is not really of this earth, and which will probably be marshalled by exceedingly few marshals (and route checked by even fewer). It rained on the route check, and the forecast is for rain on Friday, too… The roads are smooth (that’s why we wear 100mm wheels for route checks), and it’s uphill all the way. Be afraid. Be very afraid.
