Sunday Stroll, The (n). Short & slow excursion on skates on London roads, over a distance of 8-10 miles, taking place on Sundays. Usually accompanied by music bike (see:Crimes Against Music Mixes) and a number of yellow-clad ‘Marshals’, attended by skaters of a variety of ability levels and fitness. Example: Sunday January 31, 2pm, Hyde Park Corner to Southwark to Hyde Park Corner, 9 miles.
