Blitzing North to meet up with Bob.
This Sunday we head off to a nice little skate that takes us around Hyde Park in a nice lil’ loopy. It is slightly longish, but if you make it through the first half we hope that you will be fine to carry on the second half. We do go down parts of Kensington Church Street so please remember to control your speed.
Bring your friends, and let’s show this town how we rock on a Sunday!
Join us on a gentle stroll to Great Ormond Hospital and back. Wrap up warm and see you in Hyde Park.
Friday, weather permitting, we are heading out West along relatively straight, fast, smooth roads.
Relatively flat route, with just a relatively gentle climb to the top of Campden hill to enjoy skating down Kensington Church Street.
Deja vu when you think you have been here before and yes you were probably right.
This is a new route to an old location – London Fields. There are some really nice smooth bits (and a few less smooth bits) Come and join us for a ride East!
If you haven’t had your fill of skate scariness, come out on Sunday to relive – quite literally – the night before. The pale skin, the red eyes, the zombie-like expression – and that’s just the hangover. This Sunday is not just any Sunday Stroll, it’s your chance to scare London senseless once more. Put your costume on again if you feel like it (or keep it on if you partied that hard you haven’t taken it off yet). But whatever you do, make sure you get your skates on to put the spooks up Oxford Street and the West End!
If the weather beats us into submission on Saturday night, this will be the back-up Halloween Skate.
Just a lil pre-haloween jaunt down to Clapham Common.
