This week we are heading towards the original City of London, with some surprising twists and turns as we make our way towards Aldgate Square and back.
Summer is around the corner, we need to work on the beach body. Don’t go to gym, save your energy for High Intensity Interval Skating. Forget about running and rowing machines. On Friday night you will be the skating machine. By completing the skate you will have taken a big step closer to a six pack. In the pub and on the beach alike. See ya!
This Sunday we venture north on an old stroll favorite, St John’s Wood.
